OUR POLICIES

FEES All fees are due the day you commence lessons. Each term all fees, with the exception of Parent & Me classes, are due week 1 of term. There is no exception to this policy unless you have made an arrangement, with us, in advance. If you have confirmed your place for the term, fees are due until you contact the office to cancel the lessons. While you are on our class list, fees apply and are due.

MISSED LESSONS . If for any reason you need to miss a scheduled class, you are required to advise the office of your absence BEFORE your class. If no one is in our office to take your call, please leave a message on our answering machine. There is no fee credit for these lessons.

MAKE UP LESSONS. Makeup lessons are a special privilege. As you probably realize, most of your childrenís other activities do not provide such an opportunity. We offer makeup lessons if you have phoned to cancel the lesson BEFORE the scheduled class. All makeups must be completed in the current term. We will do e verything possible to schedule a makeup for you but cannot guarantee a space will be available.

SEGREGATED. The same makeup policy applies. We realize that there are not as many opportunities to complete makeups for these classes. We consider the scheduling of these classes to be a Community service. We cannot offer makeups for these lessons.
If there is a day that the MAJORITY of swimmers cannot attend, we will assist by offering the class on an alternate day. We need at least three weeks notice to do this. If the class to be missed is in the next term, we need notice of three weeks before the end of the current term.

END OF TERM CONFIRMATIONS. To reserve your place for the next term, you need to confirm on the re-enrolment sheets at the pool before the end of the current term.

TERM DATES . Out Clients are enrolled in a variety of schools. To determine our term dates we go with the best dates for the majority of students. This may be different to your child's school. Please check the dates on the back page of the current newsletter. There is one on the notice board. We have lessons most public holidays, again, check the current newsletter or"What's Happening"for our schedule.

NAPPIES. You are not permitted to put disposable nappies in the school bins. Please bring a bag to take them with you.
